Paula went above and beyond for us! The other agent was not doing his part, which unfortunately in most transaction, means both sides suffer even if you have a great agent. Paula took matters into her own hands and got the job done. It was a long process so there were times I couldn’t be as involver as I would have liked, but Paula took care of us and got us a deal better than I had hoped!
